DANG! that car is sweet. I know you could use the weight to try to hold the front wheels down, but a CF hood would compliment that car nicely.
I've got the same turbo setup in my 98 Civic hatch, d16 motor though. same wheels, mine is red w/ CF hood. love it. I've also got a b18b in my garage I'm getting ready to swap in, then I'm going to put the turbo on that engine...
when are you going to get it dynoed?
what PSI do you run at around town?
what kind of rear view mirror is that?

237 to the wheel at 9psi
around town 5 psi, if i race and i am losing i hit the button on the steering wheel that brings me to 10 psi.
its a broadway 300 something mirror
