Default Crankshaft Fluctuation Sensor

Do OBD-I cars have them? They're teeth on the back of the timing pulley that connects to the crankshaft.... and the little flat sensor that I believe attaches to the oil pump, or just above it. I'm sticking a JDM OBD-I engine into my 98, and want to make the swap as painless as possible.

Also, if anyone knows of any of the other sensors the OBD-I lacks (just on the block). I know the distributor from my car will have to go over, as well as the Vtec solenoid, I've heard.
