Default Seats ......Which One...

I really dont know that much about seats . Which aftermarket seats are good for the price? Ive seen some on Ebay, but hey should I trust them?
What looks good on a low budget?

Thank You

If you can, please post pictures of your carseats

Sparco Torinos, if you want access to the rear seat. Sparco Sprints if you dont.

If you go with the Sprint model, you'll need to invest in 4pt harnesses.

I ran Sprints in my 3rd Gen Supra Turbo. Two Sprint seats ($299ea), sliders ($50) and 3" 4pt Clip-In Harnesses w/ Anti-Submarine straps cost me just under one grand. Factor in a bit more for mounts.

I had to custom fab my mounts, but the DC Integras have mount kits available from Sparco.

The Torinos MSRP at $499.99 each, The Sprints at $299.99

A lot of the Ebay and Tenzo type seats are much cheaper. The supports arent as firm and the material on the seats is much thinner and not as nice. This can sometimes lead to an uncomfortable seat.

In terms of reclinable seats, most are heavier than stock. If weight reduction is what youre looking for, most buckets will accomplish that. Lightest possible seats would probably be CF or Carbon Kevlar...in other words big $$$. Spoon, Bride, OMP, etc make these seats.

Whatever seat you choose, you should have the harnesses mounted properly, with a rollbar as well. Racing seats with harnesses and no rollbar make for a dangerous equation in the event of an accident.
