Default Brake Pad Choice

I am split between getting the AEM or Project Mu brake pads for my DC2. I'm currently using EBC greenstuff pads right now and they wear too fast. Does anyone know the average wear of the Project Mu pad and is it worth it to pay a little more for those or should I just get the AEM pads?

Green stuff pads are dust free. IMO even tho they wear fast they are worth it. Have you considered red stuff?

Greenstuff actually caused a little more dust than the OEM nissins. I'm not too fond of the redstuff pads because of the more specific heat range that they have to opporate in and the extra wear they can put on the rotors. I've been told the Redstuff is not ideal for street use. Anybody know anything about the project mu pads? I want something that will last about 15-20K miles. Also where can i find the tanabe pads and how much do they cost?

My Axxis Ultimates have lasted me 10K miles + 2 track days + 3 autocrosses so far. They do dust like no other pad though, but the dust is pretty easy to clean off.

They're a street pad that are suitable for light competition, so if all you're looking for is a street pad and don't care about having better bite or less fade, stick with OEM.
