Well I got my lip from the factory; I believe the factory uses some sort of hard composite plastic or whatnot (bit softer than fiberglass). Fiberglass will actually hold up better (the paint will be less prone to fade) but if it's not a *near* perfect fit it may give you some headaches. It'll also be more prone to cracking/breaking, so you have to be extra careful when driving over bumps and whatnot. Comptech uses urethane for their front ITR lip, so that's probably your best bet, although the price is a bit steep.
