what kind of swap are you doing?

depending on what swap, you can buy an obd-1/obd-2 converter.

Stick the engine in. Clap twice. Turn key.

putting an older engine into a newer car is not street legal. but what the inspector doesnt know cant hurt him. i'm not sure who makes it, but yes, there is a conversion kit. one company you might check is painless wiring.

All you need to do is get an OBD1 GSR ECU and a OBD2 to OBD1 conversion harness.

most people favor OBD1...sell the obd2 ecu and convert to obd1 ..you will be happier. in my 95 gsr (obd1) i ran a 14.7 with full interior and spare, and only an aem cai and apexi ws...compared with like 15.0-15.5 that stock obd2's run with the same mods

I completely agree, but my car is a 1997 and that it is illegal to run an obd1 system...well and least when I get an emission test anyway buy the way you are pretty pround of that 14.7 arnt you. It's a great time though.
