Default Question About Thermostat

Today I replaced the radiator on my 94 Integra LS auto with 112K miles. I have a couple questions:

1)Is it necessary to replace the thermostat on the car?
2)Also, where is the thermostat located? I've heard that it is located on the upper radiator hose attached to the engine, but I couldn't find it.
3)What is the OEM thermostat temperature, 170,180, or 190 degrees F?

Thanks a lot

Just follow the bottom radiator hose to the housing and you should see it. It has two 10mm bolt on it. I would change the thermostat since you changed the radiator even if the thermostat is still working. Just to be on the safe side, plus you save time and money on draining the antifreeze.

If you change the thermostat, change it for a cooler one, in example the Mugen:

Mugen Thermostat:
* Open 68° (OEM 76°-80°)
* Wot 81° (OEM 90°)
This temperatures are in C degrees.
