Does it matter which gas station you use?

$19.00!? You must have been running on fumes pulling into the station...even at $1.65/gallon
sweet electric turbo!!! real gem. ha ha, i agree i stop where ever i run out. the only thing i take into consideration is not to use the little ma and pa stores, the smaller stations have a slower or less turnover rate. therefore there tanks might have sedement in them or the fuel might settle from less pumpage which would start to seperate the fuels, i.e water or moisture gathering as a whole.
where im from Gas is Gas. We all get it from the same source. So i just go where ever is convenient for me ... But i dont go to those stations where the tanker is refueling the station, it gets the sediment particles moving around.
i remember back in the dayz when gas were a lil cheaper... takes like 18-20 bucks to fill a full tank of gas.. fuk i miss those dayz.. but yeah i remember when i first got my integra.. i didn't give a fuk what gas station i goto.. i usually goto the cheapest... well i remember pumping at arco fill up a full tank of gas.. for like 19 bucks... and one day i went to 76er.. i got a full tank of gas for 18 bucks.. it could be my reserves gallon.. but anywayz i think you get what you pay for... cuz sometime when you pump at a certain gas station.. you hear this sssound like they ran outta gas... like they pump both gas and air... so you dont get as much gas... but basiclly i used 76 instead of arco but then the pricing is actually cheaper.. weird.. i think arco is water down because i can only do 250 mpg.. with 76 i can do 300 mpg sometime more.. but i alwayz restart my speedometer.. to check how many mpg i'm doing on a full tank.. i find out that 76 last the longest.. chevron second.. shell third.. and cheap gas sucks.. burn that shi like water
As someone else pointed out, gas stations are just another method of profit production. I don't really care about the 15cents/gallon I'll save on filling my teg - one fill is ~10gallons, so I save about $1.50, my $2.00 if I pump at a cheapie instead of Chevron or Mobil or Shell...besides, I like the fact that these places are tidy, no line ups for pumps, free air and vacuums...plus its sort of given that their gasoline is not tampered with.
