Actually its the two top left fuses in the under hood fuse box. The 10 and 7.5 fuses need to be pulled simultaniously (not in synchro, but both must be out for about 60 sec).

hey guy i found out the problem n riceking3 is correct somehow when i brught the gsr it come with the dyam civic ex eCU!! arggg

That's only in Canada. Read the manual.
