That was one hell of a deal. I thought I scored on mine at $15K, USDM with full JDM conversion, a bunch of mods, all the stock parts, 30K miles, and in immaculate condition.

hmmmmmmmmm i gotta look into utah laws
even though it is based on a usdm car the front bumper support and rebar and noticeably smaller and will probably not pass bumper laws here
if they dont care about that, and say the glass is ok....hmmmmmmm i still gotta see the outcome and how much it cost to do it
and it odnt count if you can only drive it for like 10,000 miles a year

Someone I know got an evo5 registered here for street use. he just walked in to the dmv said he wanted to register his car. they registered it was a 2000 mirage he has a title get special coverage from the insurance company and drives it daily on the street :dunno:
i doubt you'll have problems. In the end the DMV doesn't give a shit so you'll be fine. Great purchase btw.

I say try to do it regular first, just hope no one notices.
Not too many people know what an Intergra R is anyway, so they'll see 'integra' and want to get you out the door.
*crosses fingers*
