Default need help with stuck bolt

ok, i need to clean my k&n air filter. as most of you know, to do this, i need to remove the front bumper. well, there are 2 screws and 2 bolts that i need to remove on the underside of the bumper. the bolt on the passenger side turns, but it won't come out. i assume it's stripped then. anyone got any ideas on how i can get it out? i badly need to clean my air filter.

If this is some cold-air intake type of deal, you need not to remove your bumper. You just probably need to remove the passenger side splash guard. They're held in by plastic bolts, so breaking them if they won't budge won't be a problem.

it is a cold air intake deal, but don't i also have to remove a tire to be able to get the filter out?

if that's the case, i don't exactly have a flat spot of land to jack my car up with, and i'm not gonna do this on the side of the road either.

Do it in a parking lot man, its cake!

Jack it up and turn the wheel all the way to give you some more room down there. Like he says, pull out the fenderliner by taking off a few plastic screws and there's your filter right there. Reach in, unscrew the clamp and pop the filter out.

Clean it up and reverse procedure. Taking the bumper off is most definitely not necessary.
