Default CTR Pistons & Eagle Rods

I just recently purchased CTR pistons and Eagle rods and found out that there needs to be some modification to the wrist pins and pistons in order for them to be secured correctly. I found that there are different types of pins, some that are bush fitted and some that are free floating. Since I am installing an OEM piston with a aftermarket rod, I have some issues. Have any of you had this done. I have talked to a couple machine shops and they seem baffled. The last guy I talked to said it was possible but would be quite expensive and take a while. I would like to get some thoughts from people that have had experience with this. Thanks.
