plese help me i do not know why i cant lower or raise my car i have Rtec coilovers there are two perches on them someone plese help

 

Did they come with 2 wrenches? You should be able to adjust them by holding the bottom/top perch in place with wrench #1, and using wrench #2 to spin the top/bottom perch up/down.

yeah it has 2 wrenches, but the 2 perches wont budge, i push the top one on way and pull the bottom the other way and nothing, is there a hex screw i am missing or what or do i just need to pull and push REALLY hard i didnt want to strip anything
