Wrong+Wrong does not equal Right. This could be said of both cases. Unfortunately, I think that if Nubian does something like this again, he might run into someone like Gregz. Hopefully he will come to his senses and realize that a simple gesture will convey a message safer than ramming someone off the road. What suprises me is that no-one on the scene told the cops that Nubian accelerated instead of braking. The sound of a car accelerating is substantially different than screeching brakes. If you ask me, Nubian would be posting from jail if someone that had witnessed the accident reported that to the cops.

 

Maybe the witnesses also said the Integra was driving like a totally selfish jerk. I don't like what happened in that story, but I might not rush to defend someone who just cut me off like that...

Besides, it sounds like none of us were actually there to see it, so how can we know how it happened? I suppose none of us ever 'embellish' any stories about stoplight drags or things like that!

Both of their behavior was stupid. The guy in the teg was a dumbass for weaving in and out of traffic and should not be allowed to drive, but the guy in the truck needs to spend some time in jail for what he did. IMO that's attempted manslaughter or at the very least assualt with a deadly weapon. The guy in the Teg wasn't intentionally trying to kill anyone, although his dumbass very well could have killed someone, but to intentionally ram into someone is alot worse in my opinion.

 

The way I see it, his insurance pays for everything, then I sue his a$$ for everything he's worth, and I get another teg and put $20k into it and put the rest in the bank.

Now how do expect to take all his money if you kill him??
