Default Gsr rear brake problems.

i got an 99 integra gsr and i changed my rear brake pads like a year ago, but the driver side rear works and the passenger rear doesn't work when i pull the e-brake . when i pull the e-brake it goes all the way up and only the driver side rear brake works. When i brake all four of them work but the passenger side is a little slow.

oh i tried that already.
didn't work. the driver side cable is more tense than the passenger side one.
the passenger side cable pulls all the way up making the bracket look like this "/". if you get the picture.

Check to make sure your caliper compresses and decompresses, it may be stuck in the open position. . . you may need a new caliper, same think happened to me on my 96 Ls sedan. . .

does it only not work with the Ebrake? normal braking good? might need to re-adjust the cable, or need new cables. sometimes they get worn and break.
