fuel rail help......
I have reused them before in a previous car of mine and don't see why it wouldn't work with the tegs too. Just be sure to grease them up with something so they slide back in real nice, I just used a little oil and it did the trick. One thing to consider though is how old are they now becuase my old car only had 70k or so and I'm sure the mileage can affect these.
Ok i just removed my fuel rail and injectors and this is what i found. 2 of the injectors were missing the screens at the top and 2 of the injectors o rings were busted. Its sunday and the dealer is not open to get the parts. Should i get new screens for all the injectors or should i just take the others out? How much would the o rings cost for the injectors?
What would be affected if o rings were messed up? (the ones between the injectors and the manifold) Would fuel pressure change or anything.

I would replace all the screens, if possible, and just go ahead and replace all the o-rings to all of them. This way you know they are good for the rest of it's life. The dealer should sell a o-ring kit for replacing those but the screens I have never seen them for sale before and that's why I said if possible. As for the price the o-ring kit from say advanded autos would be about $15.
Take an injector to Honda and ask them what car uses the same 240cc's as yours, and possibly the o-rings are interchangeable. B16 maybe, I dont remember the injector size.
I actually went to Home Depot once when I was in a pinch and used one of the o-rings there. It was a bit tight, but has worked fine for a while now. Just grease them up a bit with some oil.
