I just bought a 94 ls for $150 with 125,000 miles it needs a new wind sheild, front bumper, front fender and hood color (charcoil I have 16" rims for it. I want to lower it but what should i use? Also im not sure if i should get a boby kit or stay stock? help.... any ideas?

 

Considering where you live I would go with a coilover set up so you can raise it in the winter for the snow clearance. I would go with a true coilover setup and not the sleeves if you go this route. I would definitely get a body kit but wont recommend one becuase it's all about the style your going for. You can do a search to find out what are good body kits since this has been talked about before.
