Default Should I adjust me ecu?

I just put a aem cai in my 95 rs. I am also about to put a apexi N1 cat back on. I have no clue how to adjust my ecu (yes i did a search and could not find anything and yes I am semi-retarded )
Should I adjust and how do I do it? Thanks a lot guys.

you cant really adjust it. just disconnect your battery for about 2-5 minutes. re-connect it, start your car and let it warm up to operating temp. then go drive around town for a little while. lastly get on the highway and go a steady 55-65 mph for about 10-15 minutes with out letting completely off the gas or going wide open throttle.

Adjusting as in resetting the ECU?

Or using something like a V-AFC to "adjust" it?

you don't REALLY need it right now but later on you might want to look into the apex vafc as mentioned before. also hondata.
