Default Help!! Got Flatbeded home

I need some help, I got a 94 gsr. Last night it started acting up. Here is what is goin on. When i try to turn over the motor it turns and turns then barely fires up. But it fires up fine when it was cold out (which happened this morning) After that it revs fine when its cold. I let it warm up and then i am getting sputtering, like not enough fuel, spark or vacum. But its fine from 3k on. When i try to move it bogs down terrible and have to keep reving just to go and its like putt putt putt and then finally creeps up in the rpms. Some ideas would help greatly. (I had my timing belt, water pump, and fuel filter changed) Dont have much done either. I/H/E plugs, wires. No major engine work and timing is stock.

if it was a bad coil it wouldnt start at all.
check your cap/rotor, change the fuel filter if you havent before. when it idles does it sound real rough? check and see if all your spark plugs are firing. it might be running on 3 cyls. maybe one of your plugs isn't getting a spark or one of your injectors isn't giving fuel.

what about your thermostat? if it is stuck closed, your engine may be getting very hot, but the temp sensor which is on the radiator wont show it.

well depends on how bad the condition of the coil is. mine was bad enough to irritate the fawk out of me while driving and starting it up. but it wasnt to the point where it wouldnt start up at all. but it was probably almost there h:

Fuel filter is fine, just changed about a month ago. One friend told me an air idle control valve. I never even heard of it. I am praying its not a vacum line under my intake manifold. If it were to be which one does this sound like and any other suggestions would be great.
