Default 95 Integra - leaking

My 95 Integra has started leaking on the passenger side front floor board. I have had my general Acura mechanic check it out - I do have a sunroof but he said it wasn't that and said to have the windshield checked - did that. The windshield guy said it was fine and to have a body shop check it out. Yesterday my dad and I replaced the weather stripping around the plastic piece that runs along the bottom of the windshield thinking that was it. It's raining cats and dogs in North Carolina and again this morning it was leaking!! Any ideas before I spend $$$ on having a body shop troubleshoot for hours??? I would really appreciate any suggestions.

The cowl area, under the windshield, with the ventilatioin inlet & all that stuff... Take off the wiper arms & the plastic cover, look for the drains, see if they're plugged. If leaves & crud is plugging the drains, then water stands in that 'tray' & keeps getting deeper when it rains. Eventually it spills down into your ventilation fan & ducts.
