Default O2 sensor

Just looking for some info on the O2 sensor. Is it threaded in normally or is it reverse and also do I need to put anything special on the threads to keep it in place. Dont want it to go anywhere do to expansion and contraction of the metal.

Thanks, Luc

the O2 sensor is in there really tight. there should be one on the collector pipe and one on the cat if you have an LS. The O2 sensor is threaded normally but is torqued quite a bit and takes some power to remove it.

If you do plan to screw it back in, it'd help if you would put some antiseize paste on the threads so you'll have an easier time later on.
