It shouldn't be that much cheaper for just putting in the motor, since you kinda have to take the transmission out with it. It takes no time to swap a transmission onto a motor once it's out. Might as well replace the clutch too then.

.... $500 for an install is unreasonably cheap. If you can get this deal DO IT! It normally runs right around $1000-$1100 (more if you need extra parts).
Mine is costing me somewhere around $800-$1000 for pulling the old motor/tranny, ripping it apart for sellable parts, and installing the new one w/ tranny. (plus a few extra required parts costing about another $200). of course the B18C1 is going into a del sol so there's a little difference...
