i guess all i really need is a new set of whells rather than bigger ones, then it would look better

my bad that was a difernt post heres the specs

it is a 1996 ls special edition w/ leather interrior, aem cai greddy ev oexhaust system, clear corners,adjustbale coilevers, and a zex nitrous system 43000 miles -9000 dollars

good low mileage but thats a kinda high price. Especially since there seem to be gaps in the front fender and the hood. There may have been a front collision. I would talk him down.

You need bigger rims, bigger tires would do you no good. Look at the integra pic thread and see, people with lowered tegs usually have bigger rims and it looks great. You will need new tires with the rims as well but you will want low profiles as well.

Did you have it checked out by a mechanic? Blube book value is 7,800 in good condition and 8,300 in excellent condition. Offer him 7,600 and go from there.
