Default spring/strut adjustment

on the passenger side of my car make sound when I turn the corner. It sound like the spring there is too soft. I have adjustable aftermarket springs and struts. My question is, is the adjustment the core problem? I set all of them at 5, but only that passenger rear side make sound, so if I want to adjust it stiffer, which number should I adjust to ??? higher or lower? (the range is from 0 - 10, I don't know if the higher the number the stiffer or the softer)
Thanks

what kind of noise is it. Does it make a clicking sound? If so this is the axles of the car, more precise the u-joints.

nah, the sound is more like grinding. It was very bad, at the same time my calipers froze, so I replace both. The sound is not as bad anymore, but when I corner hard, you would still hear it. I just suspect the strut 'cause it makes the most sense to me, I am not even sure.

Sounds like one or more of your bushings may be shot.

Yeah my car creaks and cracks when I go up and down driveways and it's probably the bushings in my case, as well as yours.

You could just be rubbing... long shot, but who knows.

bushings was prob on my front, now the last funny noise comes from my nicely torn up ball joint on the nicely mud encased wishbone on the front drivers side.
