If you have them, how do you like them? I am thinking of getting them to go with some ground control coilovers.

got em.
i like them. they're not warranteed if you're lowered more than an inch or so. im dropped like 2 inches on ground controls.
the adjustability is nice... but i'd save more and get real coilovers, or koni sports ("yellows") if i could do it over again.

Yes, they are adjustable.
My friend (neur0sis) runs them on his Prelude and they're 4 way adjustable if I remember correctly. Not sure what they are on Integra's, you know.. cause I don't like Integra's... </sarcasm>.
In any case, they're decent shocks, there is a noticable difference between step 4 and step 1, as far as ride quality.
I run Koni Yellows on Ground Control Coilovers, and the setup is nice, but it's a little difficult to match up each shock since there's an infinite range of adjustments, rather than "clicks".
