ATS 4.928 final drive
Who has the ATS 4.928 final drive and are you happy with it?
I'm thinking about getting one. It's for a Track car. Full JDM – ITR, N/A, swap. So I have the 4.7 final-drive. Right now the tires I run are 195/55/14. The diameter is 22.4”

It's not going to do much for you. It will help on some tracks, and hurt on others (where it makes you run out of revs and require another shift, putting you in a higher gear). Don't bother.
If you really want to make an improvement for the racetrack, ditch those crappy, tiny Toyo T1R tires, and get some really sticky tires. If you need to stick with 14" wheels, get the Falken Azenis RT-615 in 195/60-14. If you want even stickier tires, get 15" wheels and either Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 Star Spec in 195/55-15, or the Bridgestone Potenza RE-11, Yokohama Advan Neova AD08, or Kumho Ecsta XS in 205/50-15. Or, get some R compound track tires (plenty available in 205/50-15).
Tires will make a whole lot bigger difference than anything else you can do for your car. And right now you're using crappy ones, so you have the potential for a huge improvement.

Your right. Good tires are key... I did try a set of Kumo Ecsta V710 radials but they only lasted a day. I completely trashed them. The cords were showing. Did I say I drive the Holy Sh** out of this car. The slicks didn't make me any faster. I fall out of VTEC in the corners and need a little more power in the straights. I was going to try the final drive and then do some engine work. I think I need to soften my suspension a little as well. But just a little. The springs I'm running are 400pb in the front and 500 in the rear.
