I was under the impression that the world sport was not made for the 00' GSR line. Although Im hearing otherwise now. Well see, Im hopefully going to chat with the guys from RPMmotoring later today.

Nope...powerband is from 6000 -> 9000 rpm (approx.) Furthermore with the stage 3's your fuel requirements will be quite different...not sure if the stock ECU can even compensate for this.

Thats why Im going with Skunk2 stage1's w/portflows. Im not trying to beat a world record. Just trying to hold my own

You still need to tune the fuel man. You don't get the full gain from just bolting the cams in and not doing anything to tune them. Adjustable cam gears and some electronic way to tune the fuel can easily gain you another 10-15 whp when tuned right.

Or to put it another way, you won't hit that 185 whp number unless you tune.

The cams are going to be the last part of my project. Once all is said and done I will get it tuned properly at a dyno shop which Ive been to before. I never said I was going to skip out on properly tuning it. I just said I dont want to have to replace my stock ECU.

Yeah that's fine, you can use a V-AFC to achieve good results.
