Default 4 door LS exhaust

What cat-back exhaust systems are available for a 97 4 door Integra LS? Can a 4 door GSR exhaust be modified to fit the LS? What is the best option?

The piping is different lengths between the GSR and the LS. You might be able to modify it, but it would probably be a little difficult.

However, an LS 2-door and 4-door exhaust are the same except for the size of the exhaust tip coming off the back of the muffler. If you don't mind your tip being tucked up kind of underneath the bumper, a 2-door LS exhaust will fit fine. You could probably also get a shop to extend the exhaust tip from the muffler back pretty easy. The Type-R exhaust also fits the LS fine.

I think that the A'pexi World Sport exhaust comes in 2- and 4-door sizes.

ive had the greddy sp and now have the 5zigen fireball. choices are a tad limited, but what you can also do is have custom piping with a resonator and then get a muffler of your choice from apexi, thermal research and developement and so on.

Ask me, WiLL, or DB7 2.0 for advice...as we all have db7's

will and db7 2.0 are running ITR exhausts from coupes with custom setups....so i dont think that helps u

i'm running an apex-i resonator/b-pipe/s-bend for a 94-97 GSR coupe application, along with custom mandrel bent piping from the hanger/flange back to the muffler...

i've been told from a "source" that a rear section of a 96-98 civic hatchback Fireball fits as well, just with a little nudging...

hope i've helped

:werd: DB Squad!
except mines not custom...so my ITR sits about 2inches shorter than it should...but everything fit fine and still fits the stock hanger locations for some reason h:

i had the 5Zigen Fireball before...and it fit fine and worked fine also.

before that, i had a 5Zigen Fireball axle-back from a 96+ Civic coupe....that one fit too, but like Spec R said, i had to kinda make it fit on to the stock hangers....in the end it fit, but it was kinda close to the bumper (like 1cm h: ). i didnt modify it in any way, just kinda bolted it on to my stock piping, then stuck it on the hangers.

Do any of you have pictures of a 4 door with a 2 door exhaust? I want to see how much it sits behind the bumper. Also, Greddy SP is available for the sedan. How is this exhaust? Thanks for the input.

Comptech lists their cat-back for the LS sedan. However, when I click the link, it takes me to the 99-00 Civic Si part number. Does this mean that any exhaust for the Civic Si will fit the LS sedan?
