Transmission case

i have a '99 jdm itr engine and my transmission case is leaking from a hairline crack by one of the bolts. i need some info on whether or not it can be welded or where i can buy a new case

I would imagine a transmission shop would be able to make the call way better than we could. Call around your area and see if anyone does free/cheap diagnostics.
