I've heard the Thermal, it is loud but on a turbo car I don't mind a loud exhaust as much as on a buzzy n/a car.

If you make a custom system then you should have a resonator welded in to quiet it down. If that's your thing.

I'm sure that Hytech could be persuaded to make a 3" system but they would charge you out the yin yang for it.

I have an A'PEXi universal turbo N1 muffler welded to my custom 3" piping without a resonator. It sounds pretty nice and bearable with the silencer on. With the silencer off, it's pretty freaking loud. You have to realize most of the selections you've chosen are a straight-thru design.

You can always go with a Kakimoto or similar 70mm (~2.75") exhaust. You need to make sure whatever exhaust you go with has no bottlenecks...if the piping is 3" but tapers to 2" at the muffler, its pointless. And a 3" exhaust is not needed to make the most power....depending on your setup, 2.35- 2.75" piping may be optimal.

And any 3" exhaust, turbo or not, although not would be ridiculously obnoxious, is going to be damn loud. Serious highway dronage. Especially with a straight through muffler.

R&D Exhaust is nice, probably one of the nicest, it has very very nice piping and its loud... if you want loudness go for Thermal if you want soft and gain power, i'd go for Greddy.

Mugen does not sell a 3" exhaust.

Since it appears that the original poster already has pipes, I would recommend getting some sort of muffler with a 3" inlet and having it welded up.
