Default Car stuttering....

Alright, after replacing all seals in my engine last summer (including rings) and rebuilding the tranny, my car is acting up AGAIN. I have a 1990 integra, here's the symptoms, i'm guessing it's the Fuel Pressure Regulator:

Whenever i pull away from a stop and the engine is under load, it will stutter severely under 3000 rpms and will barely move. It feels like the clutch slipping then grabbing but i know it's not the clutch. Above 3000 rpms it's fine, but below that it will barely move at all. Also, it only happens when the car is in gear and moving, only when there is a load on the engine. It idles fine and if i have it in neutral and rev it it's just fine.

So what do you guys think? Fuel? If you guys could give me some input i'd really appreciate it.

Thanks,
-Timmy

one of your wires has a hole in it on the black part that is inside the engine and it is sparking onto the valve cover instead of the spark reaching the spark plug there for it gives you the skipping effect. find the hole and wrap it with electrical tape or else you may just wanna replace all of the wires. its your choice and gl fixing it.
