Default help, removal of RT headlight assembly

I am trying to remove my RT headlight assembly so i can get the rest of the stock air intake system off my car, that piece that comes up by the latch is really annoyiong me, its worthless since i have a Cold Air Intake.

but still I can't get the damn headlight assembly off, I took off the top 3 bolts, the side 2 and the corner light, but it still won't come off, what am I missing? is there another bolt holding it or something?
Thanks

yeah, I realized that a few minutes after this post. whats funny is I installed the cold air intake without taking the bumper off, when the directions said you have to. all i did was remove the wheel splash gaurd, and i got it installed that way. oh well, i guess i'll just wait till next time my cars all tore apart to remove that piece.
