So since I got my new GSR Ive noticed a slite nitch between 1st and 2nd gear. Then yesterday it actually made me miss 2nd and it grinded a little. I did not force it into gear just bounced off it quick as I jammed the clutch in ( after feeling that it wasnt in ) Since ( the inncident ) It is smooth as hell and feels just like all the other gear transactions now. Anyone ever have this same issue? Im almost thinking it was like a burr on the gear or something... The car only has 7900 miles on it.. Other thing I was thinking of was break in time for the tranny/clutch.. I never had a car with such low milage on it ...

Any idea's what this could of been from in the first place ?

So you all know, When I missed second I was just driving normal shifting below 4k.. I DO know how to drive as this is my 4th standard vehical.

I wouldn't be too worried about it. I'm no transmission expert either though.

 

I thought you bought your LS new? Anyhoo, yeah, I feel a slight little nitch too on my recently acquired 98 with 55K. It's gotten better though as I've been driving it a bit hard, showing it off to friends and fam.

Here's to new GS-Rs. We should meet up and get some pics of yours, Colby's and mine. That'd be a SWEET pic.
