I've been using synthetic engine oil in my GS-R transmission. So lots of you think Honda MTF is better... Suppose I'll use that next change, but I've got 2 questions.

Do I need to drain & fill more than once to dilute the residual oil, or is it compatible?

I think someone (somewhere) referred to MTL-7289. Is that the same stuff? Is there more than one type?
