Default Balljoint camber kit

I just got a sliding balljoint camber kit for my 93 Integra. The instructions say to press out the old balljoint and press in the kit back into the upper control arm. Got to reading my Haynes manual and it says that you cannot replace the upper balljoint, you have to get a new upper control arm. Do I really need to get a new upper control arm? Don't know what to do, need to put camber kit in ASAP!

I don't trust those, my friend has an Ingall's sliding balljoint camber kit and the bolt broke on him one night while driving to school. He had to get his car towed the rest of the 80+ miles to school.

To answer your question: no, you don't need a new control arm.

It's better however, to buy a camber kit which consists of a new set of control arms with built-in adjustable ball joints.
