can it be re-welded?
more than cracked is like the weld came off,
is a 4-2-1 DC header, and I really dont want to spend money on a new one, so is either fix it or back to stock

 

if i were you i would weld it with what ever they welded it with and do a better job.

Looks like the weld didn't have enough penetration into the tubing. Take the header off and take it to a welder, not a muffler shop, professional welder. They'll have to remove the ceramic coating but they'll make better than new. It would help if you knew what the header was made of, stainless or mild steel.
