Default Body slightly tilted to one side

When viewed directly from the rear, my GS-R's body is leaning slightly to the left-hand side - also, there is less room between the tires and wheel wells on the left side, than on the right side. I think the shock absorbers and/or stabilizers are worn and need replacement. Anyone experienced this, any ideas?

Seems that way on my '01, too. I'm pretty sure the shocks aren't blown, they're only about 40k old and the ride is fine. Maybe it's just from sitting down on that side? No idea, but it doesn't bother that much. I can only tell from fender gaps, not from the back.

I've noticed the same thing. It was that way both before and after I got springs. about .25" higher on the passenger side. Other discussions have concluded that its normal. When I first noticed it, I thought, uh-oh, my shock is going out... but that was 40K miles ago. -Mike

Are you a fatty boo batty? Then lose weight. J/K

If not I dunno, so I guess I probably shouldn't have posted such a lame reply. Oh Well. :squint: :sqfawk:

I'm 5'11" and I weigh 145. Might be big for Japan, but I don't think it's enough to collapse the springs

umm maybe you guys are looking so hard you think its lower? but im not surprised over time the drivers side would be lower since youre ALWAYS on that side adding weight as to the other sides.. wear and tear
