I've had the cheap OBX one in for almost a year and it has been wonderful. I've driven hard, been to the track with it and what not, no snapping and it was like $50 CAD. I'm gonna buy some bushings this spring to make the shifts a little smoother as well.

I love my Neuspeed. Perfect feel to it. The only thing better than Neuspeed from what I hear is C's, but they are super expensive.

Neuspeed here also. I LOVE it!!
and I usually dislike the feel of most shifters. the generic ones you can get at Auto Zone are crappy. and I wasn't too fond of the B&M in my cousin's Si.
