30k tune up?

30k tune up?
ok I tried searching but it didn't work. When I bought my car used (2000 gsr) it didn't come with a owners manual. I was wondering if there was a 30k tune up I have to do,anyone know?? Thanks

The 30000 mile scheduled tune up includes:
- change oil / filter
- change air filter
- ajdust valve clearance
- change plugs (except GS-R and ITR)
- inspect belts, brakes, fluids
You should be able to do everything there except the valve clearance adjustment.
Re the valve clearance: you'll know if it needs to be done if your engine is developing less power and/or is sounding different. Listen to the engine and if the valvetrain sounds noisy, it needs to be adjusted to factory specs. Its noticeable on the highway too.
