Yeah same one..i think the stupid machanic didnt notice the crack. I did everything radiator, water pump, thermostat and finaly found out the engine was gone. Thanks for all your help.

It should be machined for sure, if you want to try and save money you can always drill out the crack and fill it with ALUMINUM epoxy and not JB weld. The aluminum epoxy stuff is expensive like 20 bucks for the base and hardener.
