Default replacing the power steering fluid

I own a 1990 integ, and I'm trying to replace the power steering fluid.

Do I need to flush out the old fluid and add brand new fluid? If so how do I flush it out? THanks for the help.

you can take off any hose connected to the reservoir and drain it to a container.Replace hose and add fluid to reservoir cap it and turn wheel from left all she got to the right all she goes several times the system is self bleeding.Check reservoir for fluid height to the hi mark. That's it!!Just done it today after school I had steering sensor problems
