Ticket's Suck!!!
Ok guys... I got nailed this morning... I don't get it!
Why is it whenever you aren't speeding much, or you are doing something justified you get nailed for it? I have done 130 mph of I-95 with my cruise control on (when I was young and stupid... 2 years ago), but I got a reckless driving ticket this morning for 'aggressively changing lanes to get around a tailgating jack*ss who was constantly slamming on his brakes. I was going 90 in a 50 apparently by the time I got by them and got pulled over. The kicker though is it was on I-76 west in philadelphia where the avg speed in the left hand lane is around 80. What should I do? Fight it... pay it ($270 :( )... or try and weasel out of it... I never signed the ticket saying I recieved it... the cop never gave me a chance to... he gave it to me and left. HELP!!! |
yea they do
easiest most pressurless way is to pay the ticket and take school online (if u havnt already taken the school option in past year) the shool ish will save your insurance, and paying the ticket will take a load off ur mind ... i know how u fel tho ... i got pulled goin 37 over on 95 and got borderline wrekless and 275$ tik:mad:

I am a SC resident
I can't do traffic school if it is a ticket from another state.

If its in another state it doesn't show up on your insurance does it?

Originally posted by F-b-C-d-3S do i really care? he comes in here whinning about how he broke the law My car is registered in TN, and I got pulled over once in MS in an unfamiliar town doing about 39 (reg. speed limit 35), but it was a school zone, so it was 24 over. Lucky for me, when I called to see how much the ticket would be, the lady mis-calculated and thought it was 14 over, so the ticket was $75 :yay: I payed it because I didn't want to drive 1.5 hours from school to this town and go to court. My insurance on my GS-R is about $12 more per month than if I had not gotten the ticket... big whoopee. |
OKay, thanks for the imput Patrick. Ill try to more sensitive to the fact that...
