Why are so many people selling their Type-R's?

I'm just ready for something different, and would like to buy a house soon. I have a 2000 Pheonix Yellow one for sale with 10k miles on it. Let me know if anyone's interested.

Is vandalism bad on ITRs? That's terrible... laws should be graded by car quality. Thus keying up a Geo Metro - no fine. ITR vandalism - $500 at least, on top of paying for damages. D*mn legal system...
I'm also way out in the country... no one even looks at my Del Sol, they're too busy waxing their Trans Ams and Saleens and whatnot... lol. Things would be different if I was still in high school, though.
