How's it going? Just wanted an opinion from you guys. I did some pricing on spark plug wires. Called Acura for pricing.They want $75 for wires. It'll be a little cheaper w/ discount. The other 2 are Borg Warner & Duralast. If you had to choose between Dura's & Borg's. Which one

stick to NGK but don't get it from honda they are overr priced. check out rockauto.com

I'm using Duralast wires and they're fine. $27 well spent over the $75 for the others because I didn't have it at the time.

 

OEM works best.

I'm going to check out Rock Auto. Yes, Agree dealers do charge alot, but , I know why they charge so much on parts. That's the way there workers get paid from us spending. Oh, well. What can you do on certain items.

 

I have some 8mm Accell wires for sale in the classifieds. Worked fine for me. Truthfully, I could not tell the diff. between them and the stock wires. So IMO , strictly for looks and engine dress up.

 

the difference between OEM and off brands are the quality. cheap ones tend to have bad seals or tend to crack/break.

 

I've used Duralast on all of my DC4's. Lifetime warranty and they worked great. OEM for my ITR, though.
