Default Sparkplug Wire ?

What's up peoples?
Chillen. Just wanted to ask a quick ? Need some wires for my 98 GSR. Just wondering since they're both B series. Can I use the wires from a 99-00 Si. Reason being is there's a Honda dealer 15 minutes from my house. I was trying to save me a trip from going to the Acura dealer which is 1hr away. If not I'll just go to Acura.

Thanks

If i was you i would just make the little extra trip to the acura dealer and get the specific wires, just get 2 sets and save another trip. The gs r is a 1.8l, Si is a 1.6l, you might not get the spark that's recommended for the extra 2 liters. Then it might cause backfire and fuel delivery problems. I'm not that sure of it tho so no quotes on it, and almost always when buying from dealers shits going to be way expensive. Just go to a local auto store, i know a nappa at my old place that sold 9mm ngk's for 40 bucks.

They're bascially the same wires, you'll be fine.

You can also go get some wires from AutoZone or the like. My $27 wires are doing fine.

I have the cheapo $27 Duralast wires or what ever. They're fine for daily duties with how the car is now. I will be getting some good wires when I go F/I though because I'll be getting a blaster II coil.
