DA9 not starting
hi,
I am looking at getting a 92 integra and i think its flooded.
it has fuel and spark but it wont start.
How do i fix it if its flooded?
what else could be wrong?

timing is on, i have dried out the cylinders and it didnt start, i replaced the ignition control module and it didnt start... its had a full tune up, and it made no difference.
What could be the issue?

that car should start, coz u said u got spark, u got fuel, and the cylinders are not flooded anymore.
i was just curious if you really see the spark at the tip of the plugs or are u just assuming.
you shouldnt have changed the ignitor/transistor if you are definitely sure you got spark.

the ecu is not the problem.
3 people and myself have verified that its getting spark. the distributer is fine.
when i cleared the flooding i noticed that after i tried starting it again and puled the plugs that they wreeked of gas...
