Default Source for sensor testing & specifications?

I couldn't find a general forum on here for a question like this... was thinking that this would benefit everyone if there is an answer.

So my car is dead and the potential fix (new coil) wont be here til tomorrow, but I want to continue diagnostics during that down time.

Does anyone know of a comprehensive source covering the procedures and specifications for testing the various sensors on these silly OBD engines?

I would prefer an online source that can be accessed for free... but google hasn't been any help.

there are online sources, but none that I would openly promote on the forums here. copyright infringement and TOS violations.

your best bet is to find the Helm's Factory Service manual for your car and go from there.
