I say that front bumper is too ugly to finish my decision.

i would say no wing.
these cars look so smooth and clean with a well done body kit and no wing.
excellent lines.

I would say typeR JDM OEM front end and wing and I would also add a spoon front and rear lips with a set of spoon mirrors and a carbon fiber hood

Def go with the JDM ITR front if you have the funds, by far the cleanest best looking mod to the exterior of tegs that can be done. Otherwise, I would have to agree, I love the Bomex front if you want to bling a little. Type R spoiler, that or no other. A 2000 teg bumber with Type R lip sounds good too. To everyone their own IMO. Good luck post pics once its done.

There was no OEM kit for 94-97...

The 98-01' OEM kits are difficult to find; most dealers have them in pieces going for premium.

Your best bet is (as MrFatBooty outlined) to get a 97' ITR lip (Comptech carries a replica that comes nicely folded in a box) and 98+ OEM sideskirts (yes they will fit). The 98+ rear OEM pieces will not fit, which is why you'll need a 98+ rear bumper conversion. The OEM rear pieces are really conservative so you're better off keeping the rear stock, or just spending a little more $$$ to get a more "aggressive" bodykit.
