Silver part is the Fuel Rail, the portion with the vacuum line on top is the Fuel Pressure Regulator. The black plastic place is part of the Engine Wiring harness, I always called it the Injector Harness. The plastic clips from this, connect to your injectors.

Thanks for all the replies I was calling it the manifold  . Now I have a new question, I opened the gauge cluster and notice that there were missing 2 bulbs and where the bulbs are mounted(Circled on yellow) Does any1 know what size are they and where I can get them, also what size are the bulbs circled on red?

The sockets circled in yellow are not used on USDM Integra's. They were for various options available in other markets.

The cluster bulbs are 194 - or maybe 194A , I don't remember the difference.

I did a brief search and didn't fund much. Check your local auto parts store in the "Help-Me" section, they're bound to have something.

I'm sure the dealer can get you some, I checked acuraautomotiveparts.com and could not figure out where it would be listed.
