Ok my question is, can a rear section exhaust "axle back" that was on a civic coupe "SI" fit on a 94 GSR. Because i was told it was the same chasis. Is this all true?

I doubt it would fit. The underlying suspension mounts and such are indeed similar, but the floor pans (and thus the shape of the exhaust pipes) are different.

 

If i'm correct, it will almost fit, i think that the exaust pipe will be a little too short, i know that when you modify ITR muffler to fit civic you have to extand the tip of the muffler because it's too short, so my guess is that it will be a little too long for integra.
